Scottish Things we do:
Our membership is open to anyone. We have events from frugal night where we display our inherent frugality to our Thistle ball, our formal event of the year. The club participates in Memorial Day services in Arcadia, Piper in the Park, social gatherings at local restaurants and many other activities through the year.
We also provide many volunteers to the Scottish Heritage Society’s annual Highland games and cèilidh (pronounced kay-lee). The cèilidh is a party with food, celtic music, games and fun. The Highland Games provide opportunities to compete or watch Sheepdogs, pipe bands, caber toss and other games of strength.
